Myanmar's most sparkling saphire - Inle Lake

Inle Lake is the land of Intha People who migrated from southern part of Myanmar at early period. It situated in Shan Hills of Myanmar with average depth of 4-5 meter., covering an area of about 70 sq miles initially but decreased to 45 sq miles presently. The length of the lake from north to south is about 100 km but average width is less than 10km. Though the size is not that big but large numbers of endemic species are found in the lake. The 150,000 Intha people are the sons of the lake scattering in the 4 main cities bordered by the lake and the 200 villages within and in the lake. Unfortunately, The lake now suffers from environmental effects of increased population and rapid growth in agriculture and tourism.

Its time for little boats to come back home.

The bungalows of Hupin Khaung Daing Village Resort, stretches out to the lake offering spectacular scenic views of Inle lake.

It became piece of art drawing near to the dark.

Photographing is the only way to capture the changing of earth and the moment right now. The beautiful sunset colored the sky as well as the lake.

Resting at the balcony of the bungalow steaming in this quiet evening atmosphere. Admiring the autumn period of the day.

Fully immersed under the golden evening sunbeam in these water unique bungalows was a true relaxation to most tourists.

Vast horizon of lotus farm right in front of water bungalow giving out a picturesque view at Hubin Hotel.

Every direction has its own view .

Every corner was a focus point, the building, the flower and the winding broad way.

The wooden broad way to each and every single home of the guests.

The wildly grown flowers attract our attention whenever we go. And its Shan sticky sweet rice that offered in a tradition way with many other dishes, interest our taste bud. The Arabic styled mosquito nets provided in our private house looks romantic but its not romantic as mosquitoes and bugs refused to give way.

The lobby building, the dining hall and the accommodation lot on land.

Intha people are borne architect as proven by these exclusive building complex of Hupin Hotel.

I especially love the bridges and its garden landscape in front of each building.

The gardens of Hupin Hotel.

Reflection of clouds created a marvelous design from the sky to the water.

A stunning sun-setting moment while riding a boat at Inle Lake in the evening.
